Product Description

This automatic powder feeding device with a vibrating screen is specifically designed for Noodle Production Lines and serves as an important piece of equipment for modern bakery and noodle processing enterprises to achieve automated and standardized production.

Working Principle Of Powder Feeding Equipment :

During operation, powder raw materials such as flour are poured into the hopper. The built-in vibration motor then starts, causing the material to undergo continuous, high-frequency vibration on both the hopper and the vibrating screen.

The vibration evenly spreads the flour across the screen mesh, allowing fine flour particles to quickly pass through the screen and fall into the lower storage hopper. Meanwhile, impurities or agglomerates such as threads, labels, insect eggs, hard lumps, and other contaminants that may be present in the flour are effectively intercepted by the screen, achieving automatic impurity removal.

After sieving, the purified flour flows by gravity from the discharge port at the bottom of the lower storage hopper and is smoothly conveyed through connecting pipes into the dough mixer below, where it awaits mixing with liquids.
