The compact fully automatic noodle line consists of a vacuum dough mixer, a noodle making machine, and auxiliary devices. Featuring a small footprint, each unit is independently driven, ensuring stable and reliable operation with simple adjustment. This model is specifically designed for central kitchens in the catering industry, and its vertical structure effectively saves floor space. It is an ideal solution for producing fresh noodles, frozen cooked noodles, semi-dry noodles, and udon noodles.
Equipment Features Of Noodles Production Line :
The entire production line is constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, eliminating food safety risks caused by equipment contamination throughout the noodle production process.

Main Description Of Noodles Production Machine:
The vacuum dough mixer enables flour particles to absorb water more rapidly under vacuum conditions, accelerating the combination of flour and water while reducing the proportion of free water. This allows for higher water addition and shorter mixing time.
The continuous sheeting process consists of one set of roughing rolls and four sets of finishing rolls. Each roll group is individually controlled by a variable-frequency drive. Equipped with distance sensors, the system achieves multi-roll synchronization and automatic dough sheet tension control, ensuring a proper reduction ratio and preventing slack or breakage caused by speed mismatch of any single roll group, thereby delivering consistently high-quality dough sheets. The direct-drive, chainless design significantly reduces noise generation.
The cutting blade is driven by an independent servo motor. Both the slitter blades and the cut-off knife are made of precision-machined 304 stainless steel, ensuring accurate cutting without sticking or frayed edges, while also preventing food safety issues associated with blade corrosion.
