Fully Automatic Dumpling Wrapper Production Line

This is a fully automatic dumpling wrapper production line.It adopts an automatic flour feeding system, which uses a vibrating screening device to sift flour for impurity removal and break up lumps, and then conveys the flour through a feeding pipe to the inlet of the dough mixer, enabling continuous operation of "sifting while feeding."

Furthermore, a vacuum dough mixer is employed, which is suitable for processing various flour-based products. The mixing process is carried out under vacuum negative pressure, allowing the proteins in the flour to absorb water most fully in the shortest time, forming an optimal gluten network. The resulting dough is smooth, with toughness and chewiness reaching the best possible state.

The sheeting rollers are made of special stainless steel, offering strong corrosion resistance and maintaining high surface machining precision over the long term. This prevents sticking even when the water addition rate reaches 50% or more. The vertical roller arrangement not only saves space but also ensures the required number of sheeting passes.

To meet the demands of uninterrupted production, the dough box is equipped with an auxiliary feeding device. A push plate performs a reciprocating motion to feed dough pellets into the first set of rollers.

The automatic flour dusting device is controlled by an integrated motor-reducer unit, and its rotation speed can be adjusted according to the process requirements.
