Our advanced Meat Deboning Machine is meticulously designed to efficiently process various parts of poultry and livestock, such as chicken skeletons, necks, whole chickens, wings, turkey skeletons, duck skeletons, and goose skeletons. Automatic poultry deboner can also precess bone-in pork, beef, and lamb.

The separated meat has a vibrant color, enhancing the product's visual appeal.

Bone content is as low as ≤0.9 g/kg (specific content depends on the product), resulting in a delicate texture without any gritty feel when chewed.

The gentle processing preserves the meat's natural structure, maintaining a high fiber content in slices, shreds, or chunks, thus improving the overall quality of the product.

From separation to subsequent processing, the meat is kept at a low temperature. This reduces the risk of oxidation and bacterial growth, better preserving the flavor of mechanically deboned meat (MDM) and extending its shelf life.
