Automatic Mechanical Double clipper is the first generation of automatic double cipper which is tested and proved as a reliable one for sausage making. Connected to sausage filler, by closing sausages in artificial casing with aluminum clips, it will help producers to make an automatic manufacturing line. With compact structure and reliable transmission, the function of clipping and closing is completed by driving of servo motor and wheel gear mechanism. With interactional signals from the stuffer, it has perfect portioning or length filling capability. The machine body, key parts and transmission parts are all made of excellent aluminum alloy and stainless steel, which meet all hygienic requirements. The original clips from Helper and together with CSK-15 clipping machine guarantee top quality, efficient, trouble-free production.
